ANNA NIEDŹWIECKA is registered in the list of attorneys of the Bar Association in Katowice in Poland. She studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, School of German Law at the Jagiellonian University and the Universities of Heidelberg and Mainz. She is member of the German-Polish Lawyers Association (Deutsch-Polnische Juristen Vereinigung e.V.) seated in Berlin, permanent mediator registered in the list of permanent mediators kept by the President of the District Court in Kraków and the President of the District Court in Katowice.

As an attorney-at-law, she advises on and conducts cases primarily in the areas of commercial law, civil law, real estate law, labour law and criminal law.
