MAG. DANIELA LEDERER studied law at the Juridicum Vienna and the Johannes Keppler University (JKU) Linz. From September 2018 to March 2019, she completed her court internship in the district of the Vienna Higher Regional Court. From March 2019 to July 2020, she worked as junior lawyer in the law firm of Dr Wolfgang Spitzy. Since then she has been working in our law firm.

In June 2022, she successfully passed the examination to become a mediator.

In January 2024, she successfully passed the bar exam at the Higher Regional Court of Vienna.

​

Her special interests are construction and regional planning law, corporate and company law, and in many other areas, especially commercial law, civil law, family law, tenancy law, contract law and inheritance law.
